April Special Khao Chae at sala ayutthaya Restaurant

Beat the heat with Khao Chae, Thailand’s iconic summer delicacy once served in royal courts.

Fragrant rice is gently chilled in jasmine-scented water and served with a colourful selection of traditional accompaniments including shrimp paste dumplings, stuffed sweet chilli, fried shallots, caramelised dried turnip and shredded sweet pork.

A refreshing seasonal dish perfect for the warm month of April.
