Covid-19 has caused hardship and disruption to businesses and services throughout the world, and Thailand, and our beloved hospitality industry, has also been impacted. Importantly, there are new government instructions which include an order to close hotels in certain locations. We are now unable to accept any new guests at our properties in Phuket, Koh Samui and Khaoyai until April 30, and due to the changeable nature of the situation we need to be mindful that this could be extended. During the time our hotels are closed, we will use this time to renovate, deep clean and conduct detailed maintenance so that we are in better shape than ever when you return to stay with us. |

Day-use offer SALA Hospitality Group also enables residents and visitors who need accommodation for one day to enjoy the full use of a room or suite from 10am to 5pm for just 50% of the best available rates for all boutique properties (except sala khaoyai). In addition, sala rattanakosin Bangkok and sala ayutthaya will provide a THB 500 food and beverage voucher for use at its restaurants and bars. Weekly rates…and longer stays Valid from now until the end of June, sala lanna Chiang Mai is offering attractive rates for guests staying for one week minimum. Rates start from THB 14,950 net per room per week and include breakfast for two, twice-weekly housekeeping service, Wi-Fi and water. Worry-free cancellations To give guests full flexibility, reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 6pm on the day of arrival at sala rattanakosin Bangkok, sala ayutthaya and sala lanna Chiang Mai. At all open hotels we will continue to take the utmost precautions related to health and safety in line with World Health Organization advice, with temperature checks, convenient alcohol hand sanitizer stations and the availability of free face masks.
