An antipasti platter starts the meal with a full spread of cheese, cold cuts, and condiments. For the main event, a choice of succulent surf – grilled Canadian lobster or local Thai seabass – is paired with a juicy cut of choice – charcoal grilled Australian beef rib or Australian veal tenderloin and served with complementary sides and sauces. Saving the sweetest for last is a choice of desserts – coconut custard brûlée or an apple crumble served with vanilla bean ice cream.
