SALA Active programme comprises ten complimentary fitness sessions, ranging from cardio and yoga classes to bicycle tours and tailor-made training sessions.
The programme offers ten complimentary group classes per week, including Total Resistance Exercises (T.R.X.), a simplified approach to bodyweight training; advanced yoga, stretching and Pilates; and bicycle rides through the scenic countryside and traditional villages in this peaceful corner of Phuket.
A further five group activities per week are provided for a minimal fee, including High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) and circuit training.
