After the completion of the class we will provide you with a certificate of achievement, recipes, and an apron.
Our cooking classes are available every day all year round, with a start time of 12:30, the class takes around one and a half hours to complete after which you have a wonderful meal to eat.
Tom Yum – Hot & Sour Soup (seafood or chicken or vegetable)
Tom Kha – Coconut & Galangal Soup (chicken or shrimp or vegetable)
Geang Penang – Peanut curry with shrimp or beef or pumpkin
Geang Mussaman – Chicken thigh peanut curry
Geang Keaw Warn – Green Curry of Chicken or vegetables
Larb – Minced Meat, Lime & Shallot or tofu
Moo Manao – Pork with lime and spice
Som Tam – Green Papaya, Shrimp & Chilli, vegetarian option available
Pad Thai – Noodles with tofu and prawn or vegetarian
Gai Pad Met – chicken and cashew or fish or tofu
Kao Pad – Fried rice Thai style , vegetarian available
