Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline originating in India. The goal of yoga, or of the person practicing yoga, is the attainment of a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility while meditating on the Hindu concept of divinity or Brahman. The word Yoga means “to join or yoke together,” and it brings the body and mind together into one harmonious experience.
We offer complimentary yoga class for beginners every morning from 07:30 – 08:30.
Advanced booking is mandatory, maximum 8 guests per class.
For the more experienced, we offer advanced yoga classes at an additional cost.
