(En) Muay Thai boxing uses almost every part of the body, and for this reason is sometimes referred to as ‘the art of the eight limbs’. It is one of the most popular martial arts around the world, but is also something you can learn for fun. Muay Thai can be used for sport, art, fitness, self-defence, even a spiritual path, and is a thorough and excellent physical workout.

Our trainer Khun Beer offers four complimentary introduction classes per week on Monday and Saturday at 10.30am, as well as Friday and Sunday at 4.30pm.
