Practicing yoga is a process of training the mind to focus as you combine slow movement with breath-to-motion synchronisation. Our morning yoga classes are an excellent introduction class for newcomers to this popular wellness practice.

Our complimentary beginner classes are available Monday, Thursday and Saturday mornings from 8.30am at the SALA beachfront.
